Mahmoud Farag is an Egyptian artist born in Dakahlia in 1983. Mahmoud is an artist with a strong academic background as he currently works as Assistant Professor for Sculpting in the school of Art Education at Al-Minya University. 

Mahmoud’s artwork has been exhibited in various national exhibitions organized by the Ministry of Culture including the Youth Salon in different editions and the annual General Exhibition in different editions, among other exhibitions within Egypt. The artist’s work has received recognition and was awarded prized for his impeccable work with wooden sculptures. 

Mahmoud’s inspiration by nature and human interaction with nature. His focus on wooden sculptures not only demonstrates his skill and technique but also symbolizes the way nature is an integral part of the human experience.
