TAM.Gallery is pleased to invite you to the opening reception of the group exhibition "The Person Who Lives in The Garden"; on Friday, 23rd of September at our Gallery venue in District 5, New Cairo starting 12:00 and until 7:00 pm.
The person who lives in the garden, are they real or imaginary?
What does this person do? How do they live? Do they have a story? Do they know we exist? Are there others like them?
The person living in the garden is undisturbed. Raw, organic. They don't respond to nature, but are a part of it.
Let's see how this story goes. Does it have a happy ending? Does the garden represent a home or is it the whole world? What does this garden look like? Lush vegetation and high towering trees? A jungle? A greenhouse? Is it a neatly pedicured garden with meticulous landscaping? Is someone taking care of it or is it wild and unruly?
Join us this Friday at our venue in District 5, New Cairo starting 12:00 PM and explore the stories of many gardens and their habitants; imagined and portrayed by 38 of Egypt's best-loved contemporary artists.

الشخص الذي يعيش في الحديقة هل هو حقيقي أم وهمي؟ ماذا يفعل هذا الشخص؟ كيف يعيش؟ هل هذا الشخص لديه قصة؟ هل يعرف أننا موجودون؟ هل هناك آخرين مثله؟
الذي يعيش في الحديقة يسكن في سلام بدون مقاطعة أو إزعاج. شخص احتفظ بفطرته وطبيعته الخام . إنه ليس فقط يستجيب للطبيعة بل هو جزء منها. كيف تسير هذه القصة؟ هل لها نهاية سعيدة؟
هل الحديقة هي مجرد منزل له أم عالمه كله؟ كيف تبدو هذه الحديقة؟ هل النباتات مورقة و الأشجار شاهقة؟ هل يسكن بغابة؟ أهي دفيئة كالمشاتل؟ هل هي حديقة مصممة بعناية مع مناظر طبيعية دقيقة؟ هل هناك من يعتني بها كل يوم أم أنها غامضة وجامحة؟ هل الحديقة نفسها حقيقية أو خيالية؟
