Nadia El Kholy is an accomplished visual artist and a Professor of English Literature at Cairo University's Faculty of Arts. She has also served as a Cultural Counsellor in the United Kingdom and Ireland from 2012 to 2015, where she organized multiple exhibitions for Egyptian artists, including a notable exhibition featuring the works of Mohamed Abla.
Nadia's artistic journey began under the mentorship of the late artist Magd El-Segini. She then pursued her studies at Virginia Commonwealth University in the United States from 2006 to 2008, specializing in Fine Arts. During her time there, she had the privilege of learning from esteemed artists such as Emad Rizk, Mohamed Moftah, Mohamed El Helaly, and Hany Rashid. Since 2017, she has been an active participant in the atelier of artist Dr. Mostafa El Razzaz. Nadia is also a valued member of the National Association of Fine Arts.
She has actively participated in numerous group exhibitions, showcasing her artwork at esteemed venues. Her works have been exhibited consecutively at the American University for several years starting from 2005. Additionally, her art has been featured at El Sawy Culture Wheel, the Supreme Council of Culture, the Women's Association in Zamalek, and the National Fine Arts Association Salon at Mahmoud Mokhtar Cultural Center in 2019.
