TAM Gallery is pleased to invite you to the opening of No One Cares About Fish!, a solo exhibition by Egyptian artist George Azmy, on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, at 7:00 PM in our Abu Rawwash branch.

Known for his sharp wit and dark humor, George Azmy is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans visual art, comedy, and screenwriting. A graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Helwan University, he has exhibited in Cairo and Dubai, and his creative journey includes award-winning work in advertising and content creation.

In No One Cares About Fish!, Azmy turns inward—delving into the quiet intimacy of our emotional entanglements. Through a series of deeply personal works, he explores the paradox of finding comfort in pain, and the quiet ways we nurture what slowly undoes us.

This exhibition invites viewers into a delicate inner world, where love is both balm and bruise. The pieces echo the silent rituals of holding on: to people, patterns, and memories that harm as much as they heal.

يسر جاليري تام دعوتكم لحضور افتتاح معرض "لا أحد يهتم بالأسماك!"، المعرض الفردي للفنان المصري جورج عزمي، وذلك يوم الأربعاء ٣٠ أبريل ٢٠٢٥، في تمام الساعة السابعة مساءً، في فرعنا بـ أبو رواش.

يُعرف جورج عزمي بروحه الساخرة وذكائه الحاد، وهو فنان متعدد التخصصات يعمل في مجالات الفنون البصرية، الكوميديا، وكتابة السيناريو. تخرج من كلية الفنون الجميلة بجامعة حلوان، وشارك في معارض داخل القاهرة ودبي. كما حصل على جوائز دولية مرموقة في مجال الإعلانات، وشارك في تأسيس وكالة لإنتاج المحتوى الإبداعي.

في معرضه "لا أحد يهتم بالأسماك!"، يغوص عزمي في أعماق العلاقات العاطفية المتشابكة، مستكشفًا التناقض بين الألم والراحة، وكيف نتمسك أحيانًا بما يؤذينا لأنه مألوف، آمن، أو يعكس جزءًا خفيًا منّا.

يدعو المعرض جمهوره إلى عالم داخلي هش، حيث يصبح الحب بلسمًا وجرحًا في آنٍ واحد. وتستحضر الأعمال طقوس التعلّق الصامتة — بأشخاص، أو عادات، أو ذكريات — رغم ما قد تسببه من ألم.
