Interior designer and photographer Mohamed El Gammal takes as his inspiration a mixed formula that blends abstract street scenes with a bit of architectural and geometric shapes. Often calling upon the power of black and white film, El Gammal sees the chronicle of all that is going on around him as his true artistic calling.

‘Connection’ is a collection made up of eight artworks and each artwork includes a composition from two to three pictures of various events. The shots were taken spontaneously in one of the cities that depend on religious tourism, and they were  placed in frames to compliment the artistic work. This method of production creates meaning where each frame creates visual harmony that speaks to the heart of the recipient .Each picture was cropped narrower than usual to emphasize the basic elements used to make up each image.

هي مجموعة مكونة من ثمانية أعمال كل عمل يشمل تكوين من اثنين الي ثلاث صور أخذت بتلقائية أحداثها المختلفة في احدي المدن القائمة على السياحة الدينية  ، وضعت في إطارات مُكملة للعمل الفني، يفيد كلاً منهم التناغم البصري الحسي الذي يحاكي وجدان المتلقي و تم قص كل صورة بنسبة ضيقة عن المعتاد لتأكيد وضوح العناصر الأساسية المستخدمة المكونة لكل صورة.

In a spiritual context all human beings meet in seeking individually to find a path to which their souls lean, and in which the tranquility of their hearts is exemplified. Once they find the path they discover that their human nature was guiding them since the start of their endeavor. And their journey was an intent and trust to remove all what hinders them from their heart and a longing for their heart to glow again as it was originally created. Once insight is birthed wisdom is born with it.

All insight is wisdom and all wisdom is connection

في سياق روحاني يجتمع البشر بشكل فردي كل علي حده في ايجاد الطريق الذي تميل إليه أرواحهم و يتمثل فيه سكينة قلوبهم وحالما عثروا عليه إلى أنهم يجدوا أن الفطرة هي التي كانت ترشدهم منذ بدء نيتهم .. و ما كانت رحلتهم إلا العزم وتوكل لإزالة كل شائبة كانت تحول بينهم وبين وجدانهم و إشتياق لوهج بريقها من جديد كما صُنعت منذ البداية ، فما أن ولدت البصيرة ولد معها الحِكمة

فكل البصيرة حكمة وكل الحكمة وصَال..
