Rowan Aldib is an emerging Egyptian artist based in Alexandria, Egypt. Aldib began her career by studying contemporary Photography at the Museum of Modern Art and Michigan State University. Aldib has Graduated from Jesuit film school to be a filmmaker, and is part of visual art program at Behna Elwekala. She has since taken part in many local and international exhibitions.
Aldib gathers a motivation from social sciences including anthropology, sociology, and human geography. Aldib works within various mediums, exploring painting, photography, collage, and video art.
