Reem Gamal Abdel Nasser focuses on the creation of paintings, drawings, and glass murals that all reflect her keen eye for observations. Her main subject is that of the figure: from evocative portraits of contemplative women to joyful scenes of group gatherings in a city street, Abdel Nasser reveals just how versatile the human body can be.
Born in Cairo in 1987, Abdel Nasser completed her BFA with honors from Cairo University's Faculty of Fine Arts in 2009. She is currently pursuing her MA in Art. Her work has been exhibited in several group shows including the Ministry of Culture's Youth Salon sessions, Cairo Atelier, Al Hanager Gallery, Helwan University's student exhibitions, Taha Hussein Museum, and many others.
