Qiruo has kept throughout her childhood a personal diary that contains the details of her life and all the emotions were recorded in her words. She discovered later in her life her ability to express her diary entries into visuals using the magic of her colors and brushes.
Qiruo’s works are an autobiography where she is always the main character in her artwork. The girl who is crying, enjoying, searching, waiting, being afraid or falling in love. She is writing her own stories and building her own world.
She is inspired by subtle small blessings. The like of the gentle tweet of a bird, omnipresent but uncatchable wind, slight touch of an insect crawling on my arm, a teardrop drying on her cheek, a tree that is growing crazily, a wild dog running with it’s tongue out and ears flapping, a long journey before dawn, an exuberant forest and desert. Qiruo is inspired by everything that stimulates her senses and touches her heart. She believes that every little detail in this world is beautiful, and that the small sentimental elements are easily overlooked yet they are the most beautiful.
