Peter Ibrahim Adly, born in 1995 in Malawy, Minya Governorate, is an accomplished Egyptian artist whose practice spans various mediums, with a focus on digital arts and photography. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Art Education from Helwan University in 2019.
Peter’s artistic journey is marked by numerous exhibitions and accolades. His early participation includes a group exhibition at the Cairo Library in 2015. He showcased his work at the 30th Youth Salon in 2019 and the 34th Youth Salon in 2024, where he was honored with the Salon Award for Digital Arts. In 2021, he exhibited at Gallery Nout and participated in the 61st and 63rd Cadres of the Youth Exhibition at the Fine Arts Lovers Association in 2021 and 2024.
Peter's talent was further recognized with the Light Photography Award at the Fourth Arab Youth Light Festival in 2022. He also participated in the Youth Arts Awards Exhibition at the Farouk Hosni Foundation in 2022, 2023, and 2024. His recent group exhibitions include shows at the Mahmoud Mokhtar Museum and Gallery Ubuntu in 2023, as well as the 18th “First Time” Exhibition at the Library of Alexandria in 2024.
Peter received a prestigious grant for African Mask Engraving and Printing from the Library of Alexandria, supported by the European Union. His commitment to artistic growth is evident through his participation in numerous workshops during and after his studies.
