Born in Cairo in 1985, Noha Khamis is an independent contemporary visual artist and interior designer. She graduated from the faculty of fine arts/ Décor department. She holds a Ph.D. in Interior architecture design.
Khamis is an Egyptian symbolist. Her paintings are sufficient proof of her exceptional gifts for symbolic design and the splendid use of color. Through her expressive textures, colors and symbolic elements, her paintings offer serious communication that is deeply felt. She translates real life into timeless symbolism that goes beyond mere decoration to discover a mixture of humanist and mystic sensibilities. She participated in several group and solo exhibitions. Her artwork has been exhibited in exhibitions in Egypt and abroad, including shows at the Youth salon, Galleria 40, ABNG’S and Noqoush/el Kahila in Cairo, Caravanserai, Eklego, and Razzmatazz showroom. Her art work has been acquired by the Faculty of Fine Arts exhibitions in Cairo, in addition to private collections in Dubai, USA, Turkey, Canada and Spain.
