Mostafa Zohdy is an illustrator with academic and professional background in architecture and urban development. Born in 1990, in Giza, Zohdy grew up with an enthusiasm towards urban life and gathered most of his inspiration from the hustle and bustle of urban cities, walking around taking in sights and sounds of people, architecture, and the interaction between the two. His illustrations are considered an imagined urban reflection of Cairo. Zohdy’s motivation lies in creating illustrations that capture our rich contemporary, historical, urban, and cultural heritage in an artistic way in today’s digital age.
