Born in Alexandria, Egypt in 1994, Essa Abo El-Saoud graduated from the Mural department of The Faculty of Fine Arts, Alexandria University in 2016.
His body of work intends to shed light on social, intellectual and cultural issues. Abo El-Saoud explores the contrasting relationships between color and societal projections and their impact on modern art. His aesthetic relies on simplifying and summarizing details in abstract spaces and utilizes the relationship between shapes to reflect his own point of view. His technique emphasizes differences by using geometry, color, lines, and the chromatic axis in overlapping spaces; and thus, the harmony created, highlights value through a geometrical abstract context.
Essa participated in many youth and public salons through the Ministry of Culture in Egypt, as well as in many collective exhibitions inside Egypt.
