Aya Mustafa is an Egyptian visual artist born in Kuwait in 1997. She graduated with a BA from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University in 2020. Aya is a prolific artist with various interests and works in illustrations, graphic design, portraiture, figure drawing, and sculpture, with a specialization in oil painting. Being open to different art forms has given Aya a broad perspective on the arts; allowing her to mix different art forms together to create new styles and unique works of art. Aya’s work is inspired by her unique perspective on Picasso’s cubism as she sees it applied in a modern way in very random situations that somehow depict life’s chaos.
Aya has quickly established her presence in the art scene as she won the silver medal for painting from the Farouk Hosny Foundation competition. She has also participated in various group exhibitions in Egypt.
